Your new role

This Boilermaker position plays a vital role in the production and delivery of high-quality precast concrete components used across major civil, residential, and commercial projects. Working within a skilled and collaborative workshop team, the successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, fabricating and assembling steel reinforcements and formwork, and performing welding tasks to precise specifications. A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency is essential, as the work directly contributes to maintaining the company's reputation for delivering innovative, durable solutions on time and to standard. This role supports the wider production and engineering teams by ensuring all steel components meet design and compliance requirements before concrete casting. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a trade qualification in Boilermaking or Fabrication, the position offers the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking organisation that values continuous improvement, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Experience in a precast or structural steel environment is highly advantageous.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Trade qualification in Boilermaking or Fabrication
• Proven experience in structural steel or precast concrete manufacturing ios advantagous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience fabricating steel formwork, jigs or reinforcement cages
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Forklift licence or overhead crane experience highly regarded
• Able to meet deadlines while maintaining quality under pressure
