Are you a creative communicator and natural organiser? Enable Fitness Centre is looking for a motivated and versatile Marketing & Executive Assistant to support our CEO and contribute to the growth of South Australia's leading - and fastest-growing - disability-exclusive gym network.

It’s ideal for a current marketing student, recent graduate, or a more experienced candidate balancing other roles, freelance clients, or personal commitments.

The Role
This dual-role position combines hands-on marketing coordination with high-level executive assistance. You’ll play a vital role in growing Enable’s presence across digital platforms and the community, while supporting the CEO with day-to-day operations, communication, and reporting.
The details:
Hours: Casual position - approximately 8-15 hours per week, with scope to increase hours and responsibilities as the demand requires
Location: Based primarily at our Holden Hill site, but opportunity to visit each of our sites to fulfil responsibilities, and scope to work from home.
Commencement: as soon as possible - this is a newly created role with immediate capacity to begin
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Duties: Plan and implement marketing campaigns, and monitor and report on performance
Manage key contacts and direct marketing campaigns
Coordinate content creation: capture and edit content (photo/video) using mobile or DSLR, and design branded content using Canva
Maintain social media calendars and manage engagement
Support event promotion and logistics
Update website content and implement user experience improvements
Manage Google Business Profiles
Conduct market research and report on campaign performance
Desirable but Not Essential:
Basic SEO tasks
Google and Meta Ads management
Website design and editing
Executive & Admin Support
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for the CEO
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Support strategic projects and assist with organisational initiatives
Provide general admin and occasional finance/ops support
Handle site deliveries, pickups, and other ad hoc errands as needed
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
A confident communicator with a creative eye and attention to detail
Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities independently
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in a purpose-driven environment
Essential Skills & Experience
Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media tools
Strong writing and editing skills; confident in content creation
Experience with photography and video editing (phone and DSLR)
Excellent communication, reliability, and initiative
Desirable Experience
Google Ads and Meta advertising
Website design
Basic SEO knowledge
Experience in allied health, disability, or community services
Qualifications & Screenings
Highly regarded: Bachelor’s degree (or working towards) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field OR equivalent work experience
DHS Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Check (or Disability Services Employment Screening)
