One of Melbourne's leading Wealth Management firms is looking for a strong Senior Client Services Administrator to join their Client Services team. This organisation has an excellent client base, almost zero staff turnover and a brilliant reputation. You won't want to miss out on this opportunity.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Contacting insurance companies and fund managers to gather information about clients existing products

Complete insurance application forms on behalf of clients and manage their progress

Requesting, collating and reviewing information from existing and new clients

Maintaining CRM to ensure our database is accurate and complete

Responding to ad hoc questions and requests from clients

Liaising with internal team members to gather information to complete a client review

Following up requests from clients in a timely and professional manner

General administration to help team members.

Skills needed:

At least 3 years experience in financial planning

Good communication skills – written and verbal

Enthusiasm to help our clients as much as possible – no request is too small or intrusive

Passion to be in a successful team environment

Passion for advancing our cause – which is to do anything to help our clients achieve their lifestyle and financial goals

Professional demeanour, reliable and hard working

Ability to anticipate colleague and client needs
