We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Weighbridge and Client Services Administrator to join our team and serve as the crucial link between our operations and customers.

As a Weighbridge & Client Services Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of the weighbridge while also serving as the first point of contact for clients, drivers, and contractors. This dual role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administrative and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the weighbridge to accurately record vehicle weights in compliance with legal and company requirements

Process delivery and collection dockets, ensuring all data is recorded accurately in internal systems

Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and report generation

Act as the primary contact for incoming queries, both in person and over the phone/email

Maintain accurate records for compliance, reporting, and invoicing purposes
