Position Summary

The Senior Client Services Consultant plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the placement of high-quality Sidekicks (contractors or temporary staff) to meet the unique needs of clients and sites. Key responsibilities include proactive candidate sourcing, comprehensive screening, and effective collaboration with clients to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

In addition to supporting onboarding and providing both on-site and virtual assistance to clients, sites, and candidates, the Senior Client Services Consultant will address administrative needs such as managing rosters, overseeing OH&S processes, and responding to support queries. This role is instrumental in delivering outstanding service, fostering client satisfaction, and driving Sidekicker's growth through increased client engagement and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Activities:

Respond to and fulfill client and site requests for new Sidekicks.

Plan and execute recruitment drives across various channels to build a strong candidate pool.

Screen candidates to assess qualifications and ensure alignment with client and site requirements.

Conduct virtual interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.

Oversee pre-employment checks to ensure Sidekicks are compliant and ready to work.

Client and Candidate Support:

Coordinate with clients and sites to update them on the progress of recruitment efforts and maintain transparency throughout the process.

Provide onboarding assistance to Sidekicks, including training on the platform and profile completion.

Manage on-site activities, such as check-ins, customer site visits, and return-to-work support.

Set up rosters for new Sidekicks and serve as the key point of contact for supply drives.

Support clients and sites with various requests about Sidekicker and the Sidekicker platform (e.g. invoice, OH&S, or platform queries)

Operational Reporting and Communication:

Maintain daily reports on recruitment activity to track progress and provide data-driven insights to clients and sites.

Send weekly communications to clients and sites, updating them on all open recruitment drives.

Work proactively to optimise Sidekick retention, reduce turnover, and ensure high utilisation rates.

Update manager about recruitment and admin tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in light industrial, healthcare, hospitality, mobility, or white-collar recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients, sites, and candidates.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.

A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the ability to balance the needs of clients,sites and candidates effectively.
