We’re on the hunt for a Head of Product – someone with big ideas and a commercial mindset, who’s ready to lead the charge on an exciting and unique product portfolio.

You’ll be owning the entire product journey – from dreaming up new adventures, analysing market trends and managing pricing, to working with suppliers, launching tours and helping us grow. It’s a hands-on role with a tonne of variety – no two days will look the same.

You'll also:

Lead the development and performance the product range

Research the market and spot new opportunities for unique experiences

Own the pricing, P&L, yield and profitability (yep, the commercial stuff)

Build strong supplier relationships

Bring new products to life across all channels – web, brochures, third-party sites

Help us look ahead with multi-year product strategies and growth plans
