What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Regional Product Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting product success from early concept and testing through to launch, optimisation and technical support.

Being part of a collaborative, cross product group in enhancing company success

Assist with new product development, pricing, packaging and certification

Coordinate product data, forecasting, and go-to-market readiness

Provide technical training and respond to support queries via Zendesk

Help drive cost optimisation, product safety, and regulatory compliance

Travel regionally to support field testing and market rollouts

About You

Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)

3+ years’ experience in a technical support or product-related role

HVAC experience is desirable but not essential

Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

Exposure to global matrix or multicultural workplaces is a plus

A valid passport and willingness to travel within the APAC region
