In this key support role, you’ll work closely with and report directly to the Head of Junior School, ensuring their day runs efficiently and effectively. From managing schedules and communications to coordinating meetings and handling confidential information, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities include:

• Provide proactive administrative support to the Head of Junior School, including diary and email management
• Act as a key point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders
• Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and reception support
• Assist with enrolments, orientation events, and maintain accurate student records
• Support planning and logistics for school events, excursions, and after-school programs
• Prepare school communications and liaise with internal teams on budgets and administrative matters

Requirements include:

• Proven experience in a Senior Administrative role, ideally in Education
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Synergetic experience a bonus!
• Current (or willing to obtain) Working With Children Check, First Aid and Anaphylaxis training
