We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Senior School Administration Assistant our City campus team. This part-time position (0.6 FTE, with flexibility across 5 days) plays a vital role in supporting the smooth, day-to-day operations of the Senior School.
Reporting to the Head of Senior School – City, the successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring the delivery of efficient and professional service across a range of school activities.
Main responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Head of Senior School, including diary/email management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and document preparation.
Support internal communications, manage digital tools (e.g. Synergetic, EduApp, Humanitix), and coordinate room bookings and calendars.
Cover Reception and undertake other duties as required.
Student, Staff, and Family Engagement
Act as a central point of contact for enquiries from students, staff, and families.
Monitor attendance and escalate issues, maintain accurate records, and assist with subject selection, enrolments, and orientation activities.
Coordinate staff/student rosters and assist with bookings via myProgress and other platforms.
Event and Logistics Coordination
Plan and deliver school events and activities, including materials preparation, RSVP management, and on-the-day logistics.
Organise transport, campus tours, skills testing, and other logistical needs across the school year.
About You:
Experienced in senior administrative and PA roles, with strong digital literacy and advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and a solutions-focused approach
Clear and professional communicator with sound judgement and strong stakeholder engagement skills
Background in educational settings with proficiency in platforms such as Synergetic, Office365, Humanitix, Funnel, and EduApp
Confident in supporting individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
