About the Role

Melbourne Polytechnic is seeking a dynamic Enrolment Centre Advisor to support the effective delivery of student enrolment services. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a seamless student experience, drive service excellence, and support collaborative team success in a purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guide prospective students through all stages of enrolment, from enquiry to payment.

Provide technical and administrative support using CRM, SMS, and other systems.

Communicate professionally across multiple channels including phone, email, and in-person.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Mentor new team members and support training initiatives.

Ensure compliance with enrolment standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experience Required

Relevant tertiary qualification or minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in student enrolment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a student-focused approach.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Experience with CRM, SMS, and other digital platforms.

High attention to detail and data integrity.

Demonstrated problem-solving and initiative.

Additional Requirements

Successful candidate will be required to provide:

A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)

A National Police Check
