Leading Hand Carpenter - Team Leader / Site Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter who’s ready to step up into a Site Manager role. You’ll be responsible for leading a team and running sites from start to finish across a range of residential and commercial jobs.

What’s involved:

• Manage and run job sites day-to-day

• Supervise and lead a small team of carpenters and trades

• Hands-on with framing, internal fit-outs, and general carpentry

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers as needed

What we’re after:

• Qualified carpenter with strong site leadership skills

• Confident managing teams and timelines

• Skilled in framing and fit-out work

• Positive attitude, takes initiative, and always keen to learn

• White Card and driver’s licence required
