Position Overview
Evaluate Health is seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Clinic Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic, providing outstanding customer service, supporting healthcare providers, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for all patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly, assist with check-in procedures, and guide them in completing consent forms.
Capture and promptly send photos of completed consent forms to the admin team for recordkeeping.
Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate scheduling, interpreter services, and calendar management in collaboration with the admin team.
Process patient invoicing, manage cash payments, and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping.
Maintain and manage both soft inventory (office supplies, consent forms, patient materials) and hard inventory (medical equipment, clinic fixtures) to support daily operations.
Assist in doctor-related administrative tasks, ensuring all clinic sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
Ensure the clinic is kept clean, organized, and compliant with healthcare standards at all times.
Support general front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient record management, and facilitating seamless patient flow.
Proactively resolve patient concerns and delays with professionalism and empathy.
Working Hours
Shifts: Hours per day, depending on clinic schedules.
Weekly rosters will be communicated in advance.
Compensation
Hourly rate: negotiable, based on experience and skill set.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a healthcare or medicolegal setting.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage appointments, documentation, inventory, and inquiries under pressure.
Familiarity with scheduling tools, invoicing systems, and patient management software.
High attention to detail in managing financial transactions and inventory records.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative teams to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Problem-solving ability to address and manage patient delays or concerns professionally.
