The successful applicant will work overnight 11pm – 7am. You will be responsible for the reporting, collating and balancing of our daily figures, nightly reception duties, maintaining our current safety and security procedures and be accountable for the Hotel operation whilst on Duty. Management training will also incorporated into the role as you will be the Relief Night Manager.

Applicants must have:

Previous experience working overnight shifts

Reliable and work independently

Confident in handling responsibilities and guest interactions

Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills

Experience in making room reservations

High attention to detail

Conflict resolution skills

Studied Hospitality Management or similar (not essential)

Contributes to a respectful, supportive and collaborative work environment

Active learner who is open to feedback and continuous development

Must be reliable - 6 month probation with performance review

With a minimum experience of 1 year you will enrich the creation of ultimate memorable moments for the guests who are at the heart of everything we do

You feel excited when all your tasks are completed as you possess excellent time management skills and you are highly organised
