About the Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and brings a polished, professional presence to the front desk.
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also supporting our construction and client services teams with administrative and coordination tasks. We’re after a proactive and organised individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys being the go-to person in the office.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Greeting all visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
Managing incoming phone calls and emails, directing as required
Handling mail, office supply orders, and general tidiness of shared areas
Coordinating meeting room bookings and setup
Assisting with document management, scanning, filing, and report generation
Supporting shared inbox management and client portal communications
Assisting with uniform orders and onboarding of subcontractors
Providing admin support to Claims Coordinators and Client Service Managers
Liaising with the safety team for tool/equipment test and tag coordination
Being a brand ambassador for Ezy Projects and contributing to a friendly, high-performing office culture
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organised with strong attention to detail
Able to handle competing priorities and manage time effectively
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
Team player who is also confident working independently
Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in reception or administration (essential)
Current Driver’s License (essential)
Year 10 education minimum
First Aid and/or Cert IV in Business Administration (desirable)
Ability to pass background checks and a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen
