About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Curtain & Blind Specialist to join our mobile team. This hands-on, customer-facing role is essential to our continued growth and reputation for excellence. You’ll be on the road daily, visiting clients’ homes and businesses, ensuring top-tier service and professional results.

Key Responsibilities

Travel across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast for quoting, installation, removal, and servicing of curtains and blinds

Provide accurate measurements and quotes for new window furnishings

Safely handle and install various types of window coverings

Repair, and clean curtains and blinds as needed

Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction

Communicate client updates daily to the Administration Staff

Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the company van weekly

What We Offer

3-month probation period with full training provided

All tools, equipment, and a company van supplied during working hours

Requirements

Valid Australian driver’s license

Ability and willingness to pass a police check

Strong time management and task prioritisation skills

Proven customer service and sales experience

Physically capable of using ladders and handling tools

Reliable, honest, and punctual

Practical, with a hands-on, common-sense approach

Able to work both independently and collaboratively

Friendly, polite, and committed to exceeding customer expectations
