About the Position: Our client is seeking a motivated Commercial Property Lawyer with 1–3 years post-admission experience to join their accomplished property team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior practitioners on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters.
You’ll be working with a stable, long-term client base across commercial acquisitions, leasing arrangements, and residential and commercial conveyancing. The files are varied and high-quality, involving both standalone transactions and complex, multi-party developments. This role provides ample mentoring and growth pathways for junior lawyers passionate about property and commercial work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts of sale and lease
• Managing end-to-end commercial and residential conveyancing transactions
• Advising on property development and titling structures
• Liaising with developers, investors, business owners, and financiers
• Conducting due diligence and managing property settlements

Key Requirements:

• 1–3 years PAE in property or commercial law
• Strong grounding in leasing, acquisitions, and conveyancing
• Exceptional attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage files with guidance from senior lawyers
