The Role:

We're seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer ready to engage in a diverse and rewarding caseload, including:

Off-the-plan transactions (acting for both buyers and developers)

Leasing – commercial, industrial, and retail shops

Commercial property transactions

Subdivisions

Put & call option deeds

Assisting conveyancers with complex matters

And everything in between...

While property law is the focus of this role, your career doesn’t have to stay in one lane. About You

Minimum of 3 years’ PAE in property law

Experience in leasing and commercial transactions

Confident managing a broad range of matters

Meticulous attention to detail, in all legal documentation and client interactions

Client-focused, solutions-driven, and collaborative

Open to working in a forward-thinking environment

Eligible to work in Australia (citizen / permanent resident)
