We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Senior Commercial Property Lawyer with 5-10 years post-admission experience (PAE) to join our growing practice. What you will do:

You will play a lead role in advising clients across a broad range of complex commercial property transactions, including:

Acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and retail property

Retail and commercial leasing

Off-the-plan development

Due diligence investigations

Property structuring and titling arrangements

Easements, covenants, and land use issues

Property disputes such as encroachments

Loans and Mortgages

General commercial law experience will be viewed favourably, particularly in business sales, corporate advisory or contract drafting. You will be supported by a high-performing team of lawyers, paralegals, and administrative staff, and have access to well-established systems and processes.

You will act for a range of clients, including small to medium-sized businesses and have access to established referral networks and a loyal client base.

You will work with a high degree of autonomy and will be given full support and every opportunity to develop your own professional profile.

What you will bring to our firm:

Located in our Maroochydore office, the successful applicant will ideally have: -

5-10 years PAE as a commercial property law solicitor, preferably with a recognised Australian firm

Exceptional communication skills

A client-focused and solution-oriented mindset

Strong commercial acumen and a practical approach

A strong work ethic and solid employment history

Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency with legal practice software and customer relationship management tools

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team

An interest in building client relationships and the ability to generate work from the firm's existing clients, including working with the marketing department to identify potential growth opportunities.
