We’re on the lookout for a Junior Graphic Designer ready to take the next step in their creative career. You’ll work closely with our Senior Designer to deliver a wide range of content, from social campaigns and Google ads to brochures, presentations, and signage. 🌟 What you'll do
As our Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll help shape the visual voice of our brand across digital and print.
Day to day, you’ll:

Design creative assets for digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Reddit, and Google PMAX.

Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, PDFs, business cards, presentations, and signage.

Work closely with our Senior Designer and wider marketing team to refine designs and align with campaign goals.

Ensure all designs are on-brand, engaging, and optimised for performance.

Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Maintain tidy, well-organised design files with clear version control.

🎯 What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who’s creative, collaborative, and ready to roll up their sleeves.
Ideally, you’ll have:

2-3 years’ experience in a design role or a strong portfolio that shows off your skills.

Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or proven professional experience.

Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

A good understanding of digital ad formats across Meta, Reddit, and Google PMAX.

A strong visual eye and the ability to bring ideas to life across different media.

Great time management, with the ability to juggle tasks and keep projects moving.

Bonus skills: experience with Figma, After Effects, or Premiere Pro.

Your Work Schedule

Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Location: Onsite at our Camberwell office
(Hybrid work arrangements may be considered after the probation period.)

Salary band from 65,000 to 70,000 + super.
