You’ll get to flex your creative flair while producing high-quality work across web, social, print and beyond.

About the Role

As a Designer at SBM, you’ll report directly to the Head of Design and collaborate with a cross-functional team of strategists, developers, content creators and marketers. The role is fast-moving and varied, you’ll be responsible for designing creative assets for a wide range of client campaigns, plus internal projects.

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved across the full design process, from concept to rollout. To succeed, you’ll need to be organised, flexible, and confident working independently, while also thriving in a collaborative, hybrid working, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for websites, social media, email marketing and print.
• Assist across all design stages: proposals, concepts, mockups and asset delivery.
• Execute campaign rollouts across multiple platforms (digital, print, outdoor).
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs.
• Balance multiple tasks and deadlines with a time-efficient, organised approach.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a creative team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• After Effects experience is a must.
• Knowledge of Figma, MailChimp, HTML and/or Google Web Designer highly desirable.
• Experience in print production and print design.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent file management.
• A folio of client work that showcases your creative range and technical execution.
• Ability to work autonomously and take projects from brief to completion.
• Quick to learn new tools, software or design systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flag issues before they escalate.
• Agency experience highly regarded. Please note in your cover sheet.
