About the Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Content Designer with over 4 years of agency experience to join our creative team. You’ll be designing for digital and print content across campaigns, social, and brand.

Key Responsibilities

Designing content across digital channels — from static and animated social posts to web visuals and campaign assets.

Translating creative briefs and strategy into compelling, on-brand outcomes

Managing projects across both print and digital mediums

Checking of final artwork to ensure accuracy of information, spelling and details prior to final approval

Ensuring projects are completed within specified deadlines

Final artwork preparation and management of print ready files

Working closely with copywriters, strategists and other designers to ensure consistency and creativity across all touchpoints

Key Skills and Competencies

At least 4 years of experience designing in a creative or digital agency environment

A strong portfolio that shows your ability to create polished, engaging content designs across different platforms

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma

A keen eye for detail, composition and motion

Confidence presenting your work and giving/receiving feedback

A collaborative mindset — you’re happy working with writers, account managers and other designers to get the best outcome
