About the Role

Your mission will be to:

Collaborate directly with Olivia on strategy, execution, and scaling her brand.

Manage and streamline day-to-day operations across content, partnerships, events, and product development.

Lead project management across initiatives such as:

• Autobiography and publishing deals

• Merchandise and children’s book lines

• Mentorship programs and speaking engagements

• Brand partnerships and media opportunities

Identify and implement new business opportunities and revenue streams.

Lead content calendars, launches, and timelines across platforms.

Be a key decision-maker, operational leader, and strategic sounding board.
