Office Administrator – Full-Time/Part-Time Wynnum, QLD

Located at the beautiful Brisbane bayside in Wynnum, we are the only marine dealership right on the water in SEQ.

Wynnum Marine has been continuously operating in the same location for 79 years and business is booming.

We need enthusiastic and passionate people to help us in creating a fantastic customer experience.

Wynnum Marine is looking for a hands-on Office Administrator to help keep our busy marine dealership running smoothly.

If you enjoy variety, take pride in your work, and want to be a valued part of a close-knit team—we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role Will Include:

Reception duties including calls and emails

Entering invoices and stock into the accounting system

Accounts payable & receivable

Daily banking & bank reconciliations

Registering new/used boats and trailers

Processing payroll

Assisting with shopfront retail sales and customer enquiries

Support managing our online store

General office tasks – post, stationery, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

Admin experience preferred but not essential

Willingness to learn and be trained in a variety of tasks

Strong attention to detail & time management

Confident communicator (phone & email)

Able to work independently and in a small team

Competent with Microsoft Office and admin systems
