About our Company
Novatrials is a private dedicated clinical trial centre conducting Phase 1 to 3 clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas (including dermatology, cardiology, endocrinology, diabetes, osteoarthritis, obesity and vaccinations).
Due to expansion, Novatrials is seeking a permanent part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing clinical trials team.
Flexible hours, Monday to Friday.
The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Novatrials’ marketing initiatives. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities including managing digital platforms, social media, print and radio advertising, eDM/CRM, copywriting, event support, digital marketing reporting, and general marketing team administration.
Working closely with Novatrials’ Director of Corporate Services, this role will be responsible for: Assisting with optimising the customer experience across all touch-points to deliver a results-driven approach based on data and insights, writing and generating compelling content to be leveraged across various channels with a focus on engagement and conversion for clinical trials recruitment, website management and improvement initiative, gathering and preparing reports that track performance and deliver key decision-making insights, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to provide support, when required.
About you
We are seeking a creative person with a positive can-do attitude who has an interest in improving health outcomes through medical research. You ideally will have an ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, able to work both independently as well as part of a team, have meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills, working effectively within deadlines while maintaining a sense of humour.

Essential Selection Criteria for the role:
Qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field
At least 2 years experience in a marketing or advertising role
A specialist in social media platforms and traditional advertising
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Creativity and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
Effective copywriting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Criteria
Exposure to the clinical/medical research or health sector
