Your Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex, high-impact projects across our organisation. You’ll work closely with clinicians, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our mission.

This is a full-time, Maximum Term (12-month) role based at our Bowen Hills Office in Brisbane. Some intrastate and interstate travel may be required. The role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of the people we support.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to evaluation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and reporting
  • Mentor project managers and promote best practices

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant project management certification is essential, while a tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business, or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in Project Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to pass a National Police History Check

The salary will be determined according to the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
