Based in buzzing Surry Hills, Sydney, they’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to jump in for a 12-month maternity leave cover – the perfect opportunity for a multitasking all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment and wants to be part of something seriously exciting. This is a part-time role (3 days/week) with a healthy dose of variety across marketing, product, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Coordination - Support the day-to-day running of the marketing function – you’ll be the glue between internal teams and external agencies, ensuring campaigns are on time and on-brand. Coordinate sponsorships, manage product send-outs, and keep track of social deliverables like a pro.
• New Product Development - Help bring delicious new products to life – from running internal tastings to coordinating testing and label reviews. Your eye for detail will ensure what hits the shelves is compliant, craveable, and totally on point.
• Product Admin - Keep product info squeaky clean and up to date across internal systems and retail platforms. You’ll also support trademark and certification management, making sure every product is good to go and looking great online and in-store.
• Sales Support - Be the secret weapon behind killer sales presentations and retail success. You’ll coordinate POS materials, organise event logistics, and help the team show up strong at tradeshows and retailer meetings.

About You

• Experienced marketer – you’ve got 3+ years of experience in FMCG or a product-focused marketing role and know how to juggle tasks and priorities.
• Organised & detail-obsessed – you keep projects moving and don’t let the little things slip through the cracks.
• People person – confident working with internal teams and external partners to get things done.
• Creative yet commercial – you understand branding, products, and what resonates with retailers and consumers alike.
• Health & wellness fan – bonus points if you’ve worked in the beverage or wellness space – or just love living the lifestyle.
