The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team 0.8EFT. In this role you will:

· Lead Quality Assurance and Compliance

· Advise on Policy and Governance

· Build Leadership and Capability

· Collaborate and Report

About You:

We are looking for:

· A Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and additional qualifications in Quality Management, Governance, or a related field OR Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Governance, or a related discipline

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare or aged care

· Proven track record in quality management and compliance

· Analytical and problem-solving abilities

· Collaborative and team-oriented mindset

· Internal auditor certification will be well regarded
