Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of around 110 commercial, retail, and industrial properties. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable firm that is well-established and renowned for delivering results in the city fringe. You will have the chance to make a significant impact within the business and will be supported by some of the best Property Directors in the industry!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end property management for a diverse portfolio of B and C-grade commercial multi-level assets.
• Oversee outgoings, reconciliations, and financial reporting using Cirrus8 as the Trust Accounting system.
• Ensure a high level of service and communication with property owners and tenants, and work alongside the FM to resolve any issues.
• Foster relationships with high-quality owners, consistently ensure expectations are met, and provide new ideas to maximise return on investment.
• Site inspections and audits will also be required.

Your Skillsets and Attributes:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of solid experience in commercial property management.
• An upbeat and outgoing personality will see you slot right in!
• Strong understanding of property management processes and regulations.
• Commercial acumen to track and manage financial outgoings and identify revenue streams.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to grow within the business.
