About the role

We're seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our growing team at JUSTFOCUS PTY LTD'. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Based in Prospect, SA 5082, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our business and advance your career in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules and budgets

Coordinating the activities of project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers

Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or delays

Providing regular updates and reporting to project stakeholders including accounts, project managers and leadership

Ensuring all project documentation and records are accurately maintained

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of projects

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction industry

Strong understanding of construction planning and scheduling techniques

Experience in social housing, defence, commercial and insurance related projects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders

Proficient in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Simpro and Excel

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

A relevant tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field

Availability for immediate start
