About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity for a Bottleshop Manager to step into a leadership role in a busy, well-run operation
offering $80K + super. Located just outside of Canberra -just 20 minutes from Canberra-this role offers the perfect mix of lifestyle and career progression. You'll take charge of day-to-day operations, stock management, team supervision, and customer engagement, ensuring the store maintains high standards and profitability.

Position Description

Manage daily operations of a high-volume bottleshop

Lead and mentor a small team, including rostering and training

Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation

Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and RSA regulations

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Build customer relationships and drive repeat business

Report on sales, targets, and operational improvements

Position Requirements

Previous experience managing or supervising a bottleshop or retail liquor outlet

Strong product knowledge across beer, wine, and spirits

Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage small teams

Solid understanding of stock control and POS systems

High level of customer service and communication skills

RSA certification and full working rights in Australia
