We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the floor and support our day-to-day operations. You’ll be a key part of the leadership team – running busy services, guiding the FOH crew, and keeping the Ducks culture alive. You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager, bar, and kitchen teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting daily floor operations and venue presentation

Leading, mentoring, and motivating the FOH team

Managing rosters, breaks, reservations, and service flow

Delivering warm, confident customer service and handling feedback

Driving team training and setting clear service standards

Collaborating with the bar and kitchen to ensure smooth service

Supporting cost control, stock management, and financial targets

Assisting with events, group bookings, and special service setups

Jumping in wherever needed – we’ve got each other’s backs here!

About You:

Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant as an Assistant Manager

Passionate about being on the floor and leading by example

Confident running service and making quick decisions under pressure

Solid food and beverage knowledge – wine and cocktail skills a big bonus

Warm, approachable, and genuinely care about the guest experience

Organised, proactive, and excited to work in a values-driven business

Tech savvy, organised, and fluent in English (both written and spoken)
