This leading National Building Services Consultancy is well-renowned within the Property, Facilities and Asset Management sectors and advises clients across a range of diverse business streams.

To support their holistic approach to serving client needs, they are seeking someone to lead their provision of world-class Asset Lifecycle Management advice and consultancy services across national client portfolios.

This role will be the Subject Matter Expert operating at an Associate Director / General Manager level.

Your Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong People Skills – able to drive business and undertake RFP & Client Tender Presentations.
• An advanced technical competence in data analysis for asset management (lifecycle analysis, predictive modelling) utilising PowerBI or a similar tool.
• Extensive experience on major CMMS such as Pronto, MEX, Maximo, MRI, JDE or SAP.
• Extensive asset management experience including exposure to maintenance regimes, data analysis for improved decision making with asset management and technologies for improved asset register generation and maintenance
• Formal asset management qualifications (e.g. Certified Asset Management Assessor)
• Strong practical experience in developing and implementing asset and maintenance management systems (ISO 55001 would be beneficial)
• Improve Capex Planning & Reporting... move this through data capture to support clients in generating funding and planning for 1, 3, 5, 10 & 20 lifecycle replacement planning.

Role Responsibilities

• Drive the quality of Asset Data capture, collection and analysis.
• Strong business development skills to drive Client Relationships with FM Provider staff as well as In-House Facilities teams.
• The ability to run a stand-alone, self-funding business unit; through support to Internal Teams as well as External clients.
• Facilitate improvements to Clients’ strategy and accuracy of asset analytics, through improved systems for the management of lifecycle refurbishment and replacement, predictive modelling tools, condition assessments, maintenance planning and cost to complete methodologies
• Ensure that the processes and systems for improved asset analytics are embedded into Client business units at an operational and tactical level
• The resourcing of staff for the conduct of asset capture exercises, asset valuation, condition audits, asset management audits and asset data analysis.
• Provide technical knowledge (as SME) to assist in the development of PM task sheets to ensure that asset management contractual and compliance obligations are met by Facilities Management Providers.
• Provide Asset Management and Technical Consultancy Services to internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed FM Provider’s contract requirements
• Assist In-House Client or FM Service Provider operational managers with the implementation of new or improved asset management processes and strategies aligned with ISO 55001 requirements
