Senior Marketing Manager | Design & Manufacturing | South-West Sydney

As they continue to expand their national footprint, they’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to help drive this next chapter of growth.

This is a broad and rewarding opportunity for an influential, commercially minded marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution. From launching new products to reimagining the customer journey, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s amplification in market.

About the role:

Lead product innovation and go-to-market strategy

• Drive new product development from idea through to launch
• Work cross-functionally with design, supply chain and sales teams
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Lead pricing, positioning and lifecycle strategies

Deliver customer-centric marketing campaigns

• Build out detailed customer journey segments to optimise touch-points
• Shape messaging frameworks for different audiences including distributors, retailers, and trade
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels—from product packaging to digital, social & content

Use data to inform and optimise

• Build analytics frameworks and reporting dashboards
• Lead with test & learn initiatives to improve campaign performance and commercial opportunities
• Provide clear, data-led insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Champion marketing automation and technology

• Design and deploy lead nurture and distribution partner / retailer loyalty program
• Integrate systems (CMS, CRM, Hubspot etc) to streamline and scale

Deepen market reach through B2B excellence

• Craft bespoke campaigns and activations to support distributors / retailer network
• Equip the sales team with compelling content and tools to engage and convert
• Own trade show, event and brand partnerships to enhance visibility and engagement

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years marketing experience in B2B and product-based environments
• A strong understanding of distributor, retailer and channel marketing frameworks
• Experience leading product marketing strategy and execution on a national scale
• Proven ability to develop and execute initiatives that deliver measurable results
• Familiarity with martech platforms like HubSpot, GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Exceptional communication, project management and stakeholder skills
• A forward thinking attitude, with a hands-on approach to delivering marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Exposure to interiors, homewares, building or design & manufacturing-adjacent sectors (desirable)
• Experience across trade shows, activations and PR/influencer marketing (desirable)

Salary: $120 - $130k + super
Location: 5 x days onsite (South-West Sydney).
