Job Title: Manager – Digital Marketing

Reporting to: Head of Digital Marketing / CEO and Head of Campus
Job Purpose:
Responsible to support the digital marketing team in planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:
Brand Strategy & Awareness: Develop and execute strategies to grow brand visibility across digital and physical channels.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Create, schedule, and analyze content performance.
Content Creation: Design marketing materials (posters, flyers) and produce multimedia content (photos/videos) for branding.
Podcast & Interviews: Plan and manage podcasts and student interviews.
Event Coverage: Capture and edit photos/videos at events for social media and promotional use.
Student Admissions Support: Assist with content and campaigns to attract prospective students.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets. Ensure cost-effective use of resources while maximizing the ROI of marketing campaigns.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Prepare and present marketing performance reports to stakeholders, recommending improvements or new strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, product, and customer support) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Collaborate on promotional strategies and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Email Marketing: Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement. Segment email lists and analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize performance.
