Olli Ella is growing, and we’re looking for a strategic, creative, and detail-driven Global Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team in Sydney.
This is a global role that sits at the heart of our brand. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing initiatives across DTC, wholesale, and brand channels. You’ll bring our campaigns to life, strengthen customer relationships through CRM, and ensure that marketing across all regions and departments runs smoothly, consistently, and on time.
You’ll work cross-functionally with our eCommerce, Creative, and Sales teams — and you’ll lead the day-to-day management of our internal marketing team, including content creators and our graphic and content producer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Campaign Marketing
Manage the global marketing calendar and oversee campaign rollout across AU, US, UK, and EU
Brief and coordinate creative deliverables including graphics, copy, and campaign assets
Align launches and brand storytelling with DTC, B2B, and product strategy
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and regions
2. Team Leadership & Creative Coordination
Manage and support our internal marketing team, including content creators and our graphic/content producer
Oversee day-to-day task scheduling, workflow, and deadlines
Act as the key point of coordination between creative, sales, and eCommerce teams
Ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
3. CRM & Customer Communications
Own brand-led customer email campaigns such as newsletters, seasonal announcements, and editorial content
Manage audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and testing strategy (Klaviyo preferred)
Track and report performance across campaigns including open rates, CTR, and engagement
Collaborate with eCommerce on customer lifecycle and retention planning
4. B2B & Wholesale Marketing
Lead the creation of wholesale tools including lookbooks, sell-in decks, and product launch toolkits
Manage wholesale newsletter content and cadence
Coordinate trade campaign support and seasonal communications for key stockists
5. PR & Communications
Manage the global PR calendar and coordinate with any external PR partners
Track and report media placements and press activity
Ensure messaging alignment across brand, sales, and PR output
What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years of experience in marketing with exposure to both DTC and B2B environments
• Experience leading a small creative or marketing team
• Excellent project management, campaign planning, and briefing skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools like Klaviyo or similar
• A passion for thoughtful, joyful brand-building
• Experience in toys, lifestyle, or children’s categories is a bonus
