Robina Village Medical Centre is a well established GP practice in Robina. We focus on quality patient care whilst supporting our GPs and team members.

To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate an ability to work independently and within a small team, show initiative and flexibility, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities

Front desk administration (answering phones, making appointments, processing claims and payments)

Liaise with patients and their families, GPs, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner.

Scanning and updating all patient-related correspondence and results

All general reception, administrative and medical support duties as required.

Provide ongoing support to GP and practice nurse as required.

Be a friendly point of contact between patients and the internal clinical team.

Ability to work independently and as a team.

Available 2-3 days per week (weekdays only)
