About the role

Join the Customer Service team at Feel Good Foods as a Customer Success Officer. This is a full-time position based in our Epping, Victoria office. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction for our growing range of healthy, innovative food products.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance

Addressing customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner to ensure a positive resolution

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed

Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the business

Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to stay informed on new offerings and promotions

Providing administrative support to the Customer Service department as required

Providing support to the Accounts team as required

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, or sales) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Troubleshoot issues like delayed shipments, incorrect orders, product quality concerns and damaged deliveries, resolving them quickly to maintain customer trust

What we're looking for

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve customer issues

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and databases

Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role, preferably within the food or retail industry

Enthusiasm for healthy and sustainable food products

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

Accounts knowledge is an advantage
