We’re growing – and currently have two RSA Agent positions available across our locations in Brooklyn/Footscray and Melton!

About the Roles:

This is a casual customer service office-based role with a 4-month trial period. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and will manage calls, emails, and system-based tasks. Each location offers an energetic team environment and room to grow.

We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude

Competent with computers and able to learn multiple systems

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent phone manner and email communication

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Driver’s licence is essential

Someone eager to learn and grow within the business
