Nestled amongst the serenely beautiful landscape of the Otway’s, our Treetop Walk is a stunning experience for all our visitors. Our small and friendly team are what make this experience full of long-lasting memories.

About the Roles

Be a part of the Merlin magic by joining us as casual Guest Services Hosts at Otway Fly Treetop Adventures.

You will be the friendly welcoming faces of the Otway Fly ensuring that all guests receive the best customer service from start to finish, you will be the welcome before or after a thrilling Zip Line or exciting walk over the canopy of the rainforest. Through upsells and great customer service you will leave the guests wanting to come back for more.

Please note that these roles require weekend and school holiday availability.

A weekend loading will apply to Sunday shifts

About You

As the ideal candidate for these roles, you will have a passion for guest experience, with a focus on fun. You will also be proactive in your approach to customer service with a positive attitude towards interaction with our guests and upselling techniques. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but a desire to work in the entertainments industry is essential.

This is a fast paced, guest facing environment- no two days are the same. Consequently, you are a strong communicator and are able to build rapport across the business. Your ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills are desired.
