What You'll Be Doing

Greeting patients with a smile and making them feel at home

Managing appointments, treatment plans, and patient records with accuracy

Confidently handling phone and email enquiries

Processing payments and health fund claims efficiently

Occasionally helping out in the clinic with chairside or sterilisation duties

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a dental practice is essential

A team player who’s confident front-of-house and happy to assist clinically when needed

Strong communication and time management skills

A professional, can-do attitude and excellent presentation

Familiarity with Exact software is a bonus (but we’re happy to train the right person!)
