Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in inspecting, maintaining, and providing technical support for our clients' diverse range of mechanical and hydraulic fixed plant assets. This position offers a stimulating and challenging environment for individuals who thrive on technical challenges and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical and hydraulic fixed plant assets.

Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.

Adhering to company procedures, processes and standards.

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements:

Certificate III – Mechanical trade certificate.

Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in an industrial environment on fixed or mobile plant equipment.

Proficiency in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing complex mechanical and / or hydraulic systems.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and commitment to supporting a positive workplace culture.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Full driver's licence.
