Randstad are seeking a heavy vehicle truck mechanic to work for a leading automotive service provider committed to excellence in maintaining and servicing Daimler, Freighliner, Fuso and Mercedes-Benz trucks. Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and related systems.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, performing necessary repairs.

Repair and replace defective parts as required, adhering to safety standards.

Perform scheduled servicing and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and efficient workshop.

Requirements:

Relevant trade qualification (Cert III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent).

Australian Permanent Resident or currently living in Perth with valid working rights - sponsorship transfer available for the right candidate.

Previous experience as a diesel mechanic (automotive or heavy diesel).

Good problem-solving skills and mechanical knowledge.

A team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Driver's licence (HR desirable but not essential).
