We’re looking for an Onsite and Remote IT Technician to join our dynamic and growing team. As a key member of our support crew, you’ll be tackling a variety of IT challenges—both remotely and onsite—while ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver top-notch IT support via phone, email, and onsite visits.

Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online.

Troubleshoot and support Windows desktop environments.

Manage and configure firewalls, network infrastructure, and Wi-Fi solutions.

Install, configure, and support a wide range of hardware and software solutions.

Collaborate with a talented, customer-focused team to ensure our clients' IT environments run seamlessly.

What You Bring (Minimum 2 Years Experience):

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.

Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows Server and desktop environments.

Familiarity with Office applications, including Teams.

Practical experience with network and Wi-Fi setup, as well as firewall administration.

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Essential Requirements:

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence.

National Police Check.
