This is a Level 1/2 role with scope to take on Level 3 tasks over time. We're a small, supportive team — ideal for someone who works well independently but also enjoys being part of a friendly, collaborative environment. Strong communication, a good attitude, and reliability are key.
Key Role Functions:
Providing Level 1/2 support across desktops, laptops, applications, and basic networking
Handling inbound and outbound support calls with clients in a professional, confident manner
Troubleshooting issues via phone, email, onsite visits and remote tools (SyncroRMM, Teamviewer)
Working across multiple clients and environments with varying needs
Office 365 Assistance And Setup.
Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
Fast turnaround of customer requests.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Work with multiple vendors for fast and quick turn around for clients.
Escalate service requests that require 3rd level support.
Responsible for triaging and managing service tickets as they are raised.
Service awareness of all organisation’s key services for which support is being provided.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT support/help desk or technical support role.
Confident communicator – especially over the phone
Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
A positive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to learn
Experience using 3cx Phone System (Highly Regarded).
Experience using SyncroRMM and Teamviewer (Highly Regarded).
Intermediate Windows 10 Pro & Windows 11 Pro Knowledge.
Intermediate Microsoft 365 Knowledge (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive & Teams)
Basic Windows Server Knowledge including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, PowerShell (Highly Regarded).
Intermediate Veeam and Altaro knowledge.
Diverse knowledge is a must as you will help maintain over 35 clients systems and networks each with varying requirements..
