We’ve recently expanded our impressive, modern facility—home to 8 leading automotive brands Motors including Volkswagen, Skoda, Cupra, Renault, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mahindra and Geely —all located at one convenient site in Port Macquarie.

We are well known as an employer of choice, and due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performing team.

🔧 About the Role:

You’ll be the key link between our customers and the workshop team—managing service bookings, explaining repairs and maintenance, upselling where appropriate, and delivering a truly exceptional service experience from start to finish.

The successful candidate will ideally offer:

strong sales ability and target driven mindset

Solid knowledge of vehicle, servicing and mechanical repairs

Understanding of vehicle makes and manufacturers

Ability to work in a busy environment

Confident communicator with professional phone manner

Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast paced environment

A true team player with as positive can-do attitude.
