About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor in the Penrith area. You’ll bring your hands-on experience, and we’ll help you build on it—supporting your journey to becoming fully certified through recognised industry training.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and provide outstanding service throughout their vehicle’s service journey

Accurately document customer concerns, vehicle issues, and service requests

Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure clear communication

Provide cost estimates, timelines, and keep customers updated on progress

Upsell additional services where appropriate to enhance vehicle performance and safety

Ensure all documentation and processes meet compliance and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong customer service focus with a professional and approachable manner

Tech-savvy with an ability to learn dealership software systems

A genuine interest in the automotive industry and commitment to gaining certification

Valid driver’s licence
