About the role

Ross Granata Motors' is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Mudgee, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating the repairs and maintenance of vehicles in our state-of-the-art workshop.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers, understanding their vehicle repair and maintenance needs

Preparing repair estimates and communicating these to customers in a clear and transparent manner

Scheduling and coordinating vehicle services and repairs with our team of skilled technicians

Ensuring timely and efficient completion of all work, and keeping customers informed of progress

Recommending additional services and maintenance to enhance the customer experience

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all vehicle services

Providing professional and courteous customer service at all times

What we're looking for

Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry preferred but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and concerns

Proficient in using automotive industry software and systems & ability to learn them

A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

A positive, friendly and customer-focused attitude
