About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic, mid-level Business Analyst for an initial 8-month contract to support the delivery of a high-profile new product. You’ll work closely with a Tech Lead and cross-functional delivery teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in lean, evolving teams, can hit the ground running, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity to drive clear outcomes.

What to Expect

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritise requirements
• Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria to guide developers
• Facilitate workshops to align teams and clarify scope
• Partner with the Tech Lead to support delivery planning and solution design
• Work in a flat structure with minimal hand-holding — autonomy and initiative are key
• Stay on top of shifting priorities in a high-growth, agile environment

Key Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in tech-first or startup-style environments
• Experience working closely with Tech Leads and developers in agile squads
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced settings with limited process and lots of ownership
• Strong communication and facilitation skills — you know how to drive clarity from ambiguity
• Prior exposure to digital products, customer-facing systems, or telco/energy sectors is a plus
