Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, primarily offshore operations teams, and clients regarding investor onboarding requirements
• Perform or review customer due diligence on new investors which would involve requesting KYC information, reviewing and verifying the received documentation, conducting screening and communicating findings to the clients;
• Coordinate and oversee the collection and verification of documentation for new investors, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations
• Support routine and ad-hoc regulatory reporting requirements, including FATCA/CRS, and address any client follow-ups
• Maintain organised and accessible records to support internal reviews, audits, and regulatory inspections
• Collaborate with clients on queries or updates relating to documentation, reporting, and operational procedures

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in AML/KYC due diligence
• Strong working knowledge of Australian AML/CTF requirements is essential; local regulatory experience is preferred over global exposure.
• Experience with FATCA/CRS reporting is added advantage
• Experience with digital onboarding platforms preferred, though flexibility to work with manual/paper processes is required.
