As an Inside Sales Rep at United Rentals you will be a key customer contact at our branch located in Molendinar, with responsibility for quoting, selling and fulfilling orders for our equipment and services to meet customer needs.

What you'll do:

Establish new hire and sales accounts by proactively responding to inbound customer calls and walk-ins

Process rental quotes, reservations and contracts

Keep the momentum going with follow-up calls

Generate leads for new business and communicate leads

Warm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business

Operate forklift to load and unload equipment

Clean and maintain equipment

Here’s what we are looking for:

Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in retail sales and customer service

Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills

Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to detail

Computer literate and has experience using order entry systems
